What it does
Lay the job out to scale on your phone: the drive as straight runs and curves, plus pads, buildings and the road, and the square footage works itself out. For New Jersey properties you can also pull up the state’s aerial photo and measure right on it, where one pixel is one foot.

Why it pays
Fewer trips back with a tape measure, and fewer estimates that come in short because a measurement was guessed.

Price
Included with Field Notes.
