By using Call & Nurture’s website or service, you agree to these terms.

Description of Service
Call & Nurture provides an AI-powered missed-call text-back service for
businesses. When your customers call and you miss it, our system texts them
back and carries on a conversation on your behalf.

Your Account
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You’re responsible for
maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed monthly at the rate shown at signup, plus a one-time setup
fee. There is no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time, effective
at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change
pricing with notice to existing customers before it takes effect.

Your Responsibility for SMS Compliance
When you use Call & Nurture to text your own customers, you are responsible
for ensuring you have proper consent from those customers to receive text
messages, and for complying with all applicable laws (including TCPA and
carrier requirements) regarding your own messaging. Call & Nurture provides
the infrastructure; you are responsible for how you use it with your customers.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent
messages, or to violate any applicable law or carrier policy.

Intellectual Property
The Call & Nurture name, software, and content are our property or licensed
to us. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our service.

Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will be error-free
or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call & Nurture is not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the
service, including lost business or missed leads.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You
may cancel your account at any time as described above.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without
regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service
after changes means you accept the updated terms.
